In April 2012 I had a Gastric Band fitted with Tonic Cosmetic & Weight Loss Surgery Group. Tina Before and After I can honestly say that it has been the best thing that I have ever done. I have always battled with my weight since childhood and have always yo-yo dieted through the years losing weight and then gaining it back and more on top. I decided to have this surgery when sadly my father passed away and left me some inheritance and after attending quite a few weight loss surgery group appointments I decided to go with Tonic as I thought they they were the most genuine and the staff seemed to really care. I have to say that I made the right choice, all the staff at Tonic have been absolutely brilliant and have helped me in any way they possibly can. My surgery at Leicester went very well and Mr Sutton is a great surgeon and always explained everything to me in great detail and put my mind at rest. I have lost a total of 39 pounds so far and am still losing on a weekly basis. I’m hoping to lose another 20 pounds till I get to my target weight and i’m sure that this weight will stay off forever which is all I’ve ever dreamed of. My dress size from the start of this journey was 18 to 20 and now I’m a size 14 to 16 and I really do feel so much better for it. Tonic have been great and are always there to answer any questions that you may have and book you an appointment when you request one straight away. I was treated very well before and after my surgery by both Mr Chris Sutton and his great team at Tonic and as you get a five year aftercare plan this sets your mind at rest in case you have any concerns. I would sincerely recommend Tonic for any weight loss surgery that you may be thinking of as my experience with Tonic was and is still excellent with fantastic before and aftercare included in the package.
