Tropical Lassi Smoothie Bowl
Smoothie:
1/2 a Mango cut in chunks, fresh or frozen
1 Banana
Dash of Skimmed Milk (or Almond milk)
1 Tbsp Low Fat Greek Yoghurt
Total Calories – 178
Topping ideas:
1 tsp Chia seeds
1 tsp Linseeds
1 tsp Ground flaxseeds
1 tsp Jumbo Oats
1/2 Banana, Sliced
Add all smoothie ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth. Pour into bowl and decorate with your favourite healthy toppings. Enjoy!
