Week 8 // Quick Weight Loss Challenge – Test Week

This week we want you to test how many reps of each exercise you can fit into 60 seconds. Spend 60 seconds on each move and count how many you can do – Why not challenge a friend and go head to head to beat their score!

– Warm Up
– Squat
– Press Up
– Burpee
– Plank

(Beginners are recommended to aim for a minimum of completing the challenge 3 days a week building up to 5 days).
