Life before surgery –
Before Surgery i would struggle to get out of bed because my ankles would hurt. I was out of breathe going up the stairs. There was so many things i wanted to do but my weight restricted me like zip lining. I used to wear body con clothes thinking i could fit in with celebs, to deviate people away from my weight.
My Tonic experience –
I had a Gastric Sleeve and so far i have lost over 6 stone. I chose Tonic due to the 5 year aftercare. It’s something no other place provided and its something i felt i needed to get through this journey.
Life after surgery –
Now i feel like an actual celebrity! Since surgery i have lost over 6 stone and i have managed to keep it off. I am able to do things i never thought i would be able to do. I have grown myself career wise in a job i never thought i would be able to get. I am able to go out and do the things like zip lining and not give a care about my weight. I am generally more bubbly and confident. I would recommend Tonic as their aftercare is second to none, there is someone always available to help you. It’s out of this world!
