Life before surgery – 

I weighed 29.8 stone at my heaviest and a dress size 28/30. I was just existing not living. I was housebound and needed a mobility scooter to get around I could only walk about 25 metres without pain and breathlessness. I hadn’t worked since 2014 i was on disability benefits. I had tried slimming world and weight watchers.

My Tonic experience – 

I phoned Tonic during lockdown and had a life changing call with them. I was advised by Mr Awad to have a gastric sleeve he was amazing from start to finish explaining everything and putting me at ease.

After surgery Tonic were there every step of the way I always knew there was someone at the end of the phone.

Life after surgery –

So far I’ve lost 16 stone and it’s still coming off. The whole process has changed my life 100%. I’m now back at work and going to the gym 4/5 days a week, I have my life back. I’m living again there is a new ME !!!!!

Tonic saved my life I was that poorly I don’t think I would have made my 60th birthday.

To anyone considering using Tonic and having surgery please please just do it! Don’t wait, I regret not being able to do it sooner take control back and live your new life to the full.
